Widening of the carriageways between J21A and J18 is now in place and delays will no doubt result as a consequence.We plan however to come on to the M25 at J19,where possible,to minimize any disruption to customers journeys.

M25 ROADWORKS

I am sure many of you will have noticed the roadworks on parts of the M25. Alternative routes are available, but the areas including Watford,Rickmansworth,Maple cross are also becoming congested as drivers seek alternatives to the M25.Allowing extra time for the journey from Suffolk to Heathrow airport is the safest option until we see the benefits next year.

M25 junctions 27>30 are also being widened to help with large traffic volumes and are expected to be complete by the summer of 2012 in time for the Olympics.These improvements can delay the journey from Suffolk to Gatwick airport and therefore allowing extra time for the journey at peak times is the smart option.
