


Q: My flight has been delayed, how will you know and will you still collect me?
A: We monitor all flights to ensure that you are met on time & will wait for you if delayed.
Q: Where do I meet my driver?
A: You will be met inside the terminal (in the arrivals hall) next to the exit from customs with a board with your name displayed.
Q: Are you licensed by the local authority?
A: Yes. We are licensed by St.Edmundsbury Council & hold an enhanced criminal records bureau check.
Q: What if I have a lot of luggage or sporting equipment?
A: We can supply an executive fiberglass trailer suitable for luggage, golf clubs, ski’s, and wheelchairs, etc. at a supplement cost of £9.00 per journey.
Q: What if I have to cancel my journey?
A: You will be charged 70% of the fee if you cancel within 24 hours of departure. However, if we can redeploy the vehicle you will not be charged.
Q: Do you accept credit & debit cards?
A: Yes we accept both. Credit cards are subject to a 2% transaction fee but there is no charge for debit cards.
Q: Will I be charged if the driver has to wait?
A: The first hour of waiting is included in the price, thereafter at £18.00 per hour.
Q: Are there any extra charges?
A: We try to avoid any extra charges, but on occasion we have no option to charge extra when the circumstances dictate. For instance, the congestion charge for London (if applicable) & any parking charges will be passed on to the customer.
